This week, we held a thrilling <strong>MOGMOG 3 Super Eval Session<\/strong>! &#x1f5e3;&#xfe0f;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was indeed fruitful! Hats off to Taka and EC members who spent days in preparation! &#x1f64f;&#x1f64f;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, <strong>Tips Master Carlos<\/strong> shared his &#8220;survival&#8221; strategy &#x1f6e1;&#xfe0f; to remove the fear of giving evaluations. His key takeaway: <strong>&#8220;Survive now, succeed later.&#8221;<\/strong> &#x1f680; He stressed viewing the evaluation as a <strong>90-second minimum speech<\/strong> &#x23f1;&#xfe0f; focusing on <strong>&#8220;The one thing&#8221;<\/strong>! &#x1f3af;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main session emphasized that evaluation is a mixture of art and technique &#x1f3a8;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extracts <strong>&#8220;values&#8221;<\/strong> out of the speech. &#x1f48e;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivates the speaker to do the speech again. &#x1f4aa;&#x1f525;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was structured into three parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Model Speech:<\/strong> <strong>Taka<\/strong> delivered his moving speech, <strong>&#8220;My Responsibility,&#8221;<\/strong> about making a life-changing decision for his mother. &#x1f496;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluation:<\/strong> Four evaluators applied the techniques to Taka&#8217;s speech. &#x1f3a4;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluators of Evaluators:<\/strong> Four experienced members then evaluated the evaluators&#8217; comments, completing the <strong>&#8220;Super Eval&#8221;<\/strong> cycle for maximum learning! &#x1f504;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We also had a staggering <strong>seven fabulous guests<\/strong>\u2014Janani, Tomoka, Keika, Misa, Koko, Takako, and Mizuki\u2014all enthusiastic about learning public speaking!
