Word of the Evening: <strong>&#8220;Resilient&#8221;<\/strong>\u2014 recollected that once there was a hardship in OTMC, and it bounced back.&#x1f438;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Table Topics: Unlocking Your Inner Glow &#x1f4a1;&#x1f9e0;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Table Topics Master <strong>Frank&nbsp;<\/strong>challenged our speakers to share how they stay confident and keep their momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Paul<\/strong> shared <strong>what experience he feels proud of<\/strong>, celebrating a close friend who recently won a tango championship. &#x1f57a;&#x1f3c6;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Max&nbsp;<\/strong>discussed <strong>his secret routine to instantly boost confidence<\/strong>, sharing a morning ritual that gets him psyched up and ready to stand out. &#x1f305;&#x26a1;&#xfe0f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Akane&nbsp;<\/strong>confessed&nbsp;<strong>what she would try if she drank a magic potion<\/strong>, humorously choosing to finally use all 15 of her sick leave credits. &#x1f9ea;&#x1f6cc;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hitomi<\/strong> explained how to <strong>&#8220;Fake it until you make it&#8221;<\/strong>, sharing how this mindset helped her secure her current professional position. &#x2728;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prepared Speeches &#x1f3a4;&#x2728;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three phenomenal speakers stepped up to the podium, delivering impactful stories that left the audience deeply reflective and inspired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Paul<\/strong> delivered a clever speech titled <strong>&#8220;You don&#8217;t owe them an answer&#8221;<\/strong>, introducing tactical ways to gracefully handle difficult situations when asked unwanted questions to control over our own boundaries. &#x1f5e3;&#xfe0f;&#x1f6e1;&#xfe0f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kozue<\/strong> presented <strong>&#8220;The Climate Shaped by Quiet Heroes &#8211; The Successful Club Series&#8221;<\/strong>. Everyone in the room was completely drawn into her speech as she dispassionately reflected on the year, recognizing and honoring the vital contributions and immense achievements of our Executive Committee (EC) operations. &#x1f465;&#x1f4bc;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joju<\/strong> delivered <strong>&#8220;A ship in harbor is safe, but \u2026&#8221;<\/strong>, recalling his recent trip to the District Contest in Hokkaido. Our incumbent Executive Committee members took a well-deserved final curtain call, officially discharging their duties after a spectacular year of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The club presidency from <strong>Frank<\/strong> to <strong>Joju<\/strong>. The curtain is officially up for the new 2026\u20132027 term, and our new leaders are ready to build on our strong foundation! &#x1f5fa;&#xfe0f;&#x2728;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every learning moment, constructive evaluation, and shared laugh this past year has beautifully woven the tapestry of OTMC history.
