Table Topics Session <\/p>\n\n\n\n Table Topics Master\u00a0Deni<\/strong>\u00a0challenged participants with the theme \u201cOne Choice Can Change Everything.\u201d This was also her first time to take this role👏<\/p>\n\n\n\n Members shared personal stories about life-changing decisions, including quitting a sport, joining new communities, volunteering for leadership roles, and learning the importance of speaking up. Prepared Speeches 🎤<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kazuya<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cThe Answer Was Inside Me\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kazuya reflected on his journey toward passing a promotion exam and becoming a senior staff member. Through the experience, he realized that success comes from recognizing and leveraging one\u2019s strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses. His speech delivered a powerful message about self-awareness and personal growth. 🌟<\/p>\n\n\n\n Max<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cTalk Over Beer\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Max took us on a fascinating journey through German beer culture, sharing stories from his experiences at a German-style tavern and introducing various beer styles and flavors. Evaluation Session 📝<\/p>\n\n\n\n Frank<\/strong> evaluated Kazuya\u2019s speech, praising his improved eye contact and clear structure while encouraging him to further develop the deeper message behind his story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mat<\/strong> evaluated Max\u2019s the beer-themed speech, highlighting its strong credibility and informative content while suggesting ways to make the audience experience the flavors more vividly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n General Evaluator Rintaro<\/strong> provided valuable feedback on the overall meeting and recognized the contributions of role takers and participants throughout the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Club Highlights 🌟<\/p>\n\n\n\n A major highlight of the evening was the announcement that OTMC achieved 🏆Distinguished Club status🏆<\/strong>, an honor earned by only 6 out of 202 clubs in the district. Congratulations to everyone whose dedication made this achievement possible! 🏆<\/p>\n\n\n\n We also celebrated Carlos\u2019s advancement to the Semi-Finals of the Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking<\/strong>, which will take place on August 20th.
