Pathways is the official education program of
Toastmasters International.
It is designed to help members develop communication and leadership skills step by step through practical experience.
What do you do in Pathways?
In Pathways, you will gradually build skills such as:

What happens in meetings?
You complete Pathways projects by:
- Giving speeches
- Taking meeting roles (Timer, Evaluator, etc.)
All activities are done within regular club meetings.
What are the Levels?
- Level 1: Basics (first speeches & feedback)
- Level 2–3: Skill building and application
- Level 4–5: Advanced projects and leadership
👉 All members start from Level 1.
Each Path has five levels (Level 1–5).
